2003 Icaria Estate Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has beautiful aromas of plum, blueberry, blackberry, black raspberry, black cherry, mocha, vanilla and cedar box.   The palate shows incredibly broad tannins which are round and supple, and linger on indefinitely.  The Merlot offers a beautiful center core to the structure while the Petite Sirah heightens the fruit with notes of blackberry and fills out the backend of the palate.
