Icaria 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
Alexander Valley

The 2006 opens with a beautiful bouquet of violets, roses and mineral accents; all followed by dark black cherry, plum, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, butterscotch and exotic spices.

The finish on this wine is like silk. Wonderful flavors of black cherries and black plum framed within the multi-layered textures of dark cocoa, cedar-box, coffee, butterscotch and caramel.

The tannins are so refined, broad and smooth; you won’t believe how polished such a young wine can be.
